Toliko su slasni i ukusni, jednostavno su neodoljivi, a nalaze se na jelovniku gotovo svake va\u017enije sve\u010danosti i obljetnice. Sije\u010danj je idealno vrijeme, a istinski hedonisti javljaju nam se ve\u0107 danima da bi rezervirali svoj stol i prepustili se ovom savr\u0161enom <\/em>comfort foodu<em> uz koji obi\u010dno preporu\u010dimo \u010da\u0161u vrhunskog vina ili pjenu\u0161ca<\/em>\u201d, istaknuo je <strong>Ivan Trbu\u0161i\u0107, voditelj restorana Le Bistro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Esplanadini \u0161trukli <strong>pripremaju se ru\u010dno<\/strong> od <strong>tek nekoliko svje\u017eih sastojaka<\/strong> prema <strong>istom provjerenom receptu<\/strong> ve\u0107 <strong>vi\u0161e od pola stolje\u0107a <\/strong>i upravo su zbog toga posebno cijenjeni. \u0160trukli se izra\u0111uju svakodnevno u hotelskoj slasti\u010darnici i sinonim su za tradiciju i kvalitetu doma\u0107e gurmanske ponude. <strong>Tijesto se mijesi i razvla\u010di preko cijelog stola<\/strong> dok ne bude sasvim tanko, poput plahte. Potom se puni <strong>svje\u017eim sirom<\/strong>, a \u0161trukli se oblikuju tankim <strong>porculanskim tanjuri\u0107em<\/strong> te se potom <strong>kuhaju na pari<\/strong>, pa\u017eljivo stavljaju u kerami\u010dku posudu, preliju <strong>finim vrhnjem i zapeku u pe\u0107nici<\/strong> dok ne poprime zlatno sme\u0111u boju. Gosti ih konzumiraju kao predjelo, glavno jelo uz malo soli ili kao desert sa \u0161e\u0107erom<em>. <\/em>\u201e<em>\u0160trukle poslu\u017eujemo gostima i na doru\u010dku uz ostale doma\u0107e proizvode poput drni\u0161kog pr\u0161uta, pa\u0161kog sira, doma\u0107ih \u010dvaraka, maslinova ulja i lokalnog pjenu\u0161ca s Ple\u0161ivice. Oni su najslasniji dio gotovo svakog va\u017enijeg doga\u0111aja i nestanu za tren. Ipak, najja\u010du poveznicu s ovim specijalitetom ima kultni Le Bistro<\/em>\u201d, istaknula je <strong><em>chefica <\/em>Esplanadine kuhinje Ana Grgi\u0107 Tomi\u0107<\/strong><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ovaj tradicionalni specijalitet iz Hrvatskog zagorja osmi\u0161ljen u brdovitu krajoliku, pokrivenom slikovitim pa\u0161njacima i njivama, zaslu\u017eio je svoje neosporno mjesto u kulinarskoj ponudi zagreba\u010dkog hotela Esplanade od samog po\u010detka. \u0160trukli su<strong> prvi<\/strong> <strong>put pripremljeni u hotelu Esplanade jo\u0161 1951. godine<\/strong>, a sve je po\u010delo od ideje da se gostima i inozemnim <strong>uzvanicima na gala sve\u010danostima ponudi ne\u0161to privla\u010dno, izvorno i provjereno dobro iz razli\u010ditih krajeva Hrvatske<\/strong>. Tada\u0161nji <em>chefov<\/em>i prepoznali su vrijednost nacionalnih jela kao najprivla\u010dniju pozivnicu za goste koji \u017eele u\u017eivati u lokalnim delicijama, a \u0161trukli su otada nezaobilazan klasik svakog jelovnika hotela Esplanade. Pre\u0161av\u0161i put od seoskih kuhinja do elitnih restorana, ova ukusna poslastica dosegla je vrh ponude zahvaljuju\u0107i svojoj kvaliteti, svje\u017eim sastojcima, ru\u010dnoj izradi i lokalnoj tradiciji. Esplanadine \u0161trukle ku\u0161ali su i brojni poznati gosti, me\u0111u kojima su strani dr\u017eavnici, \u010dlanovi kraljevskih obitelji, sporta\u0161i, glumci, pjeva\u010di i ostali koji nisu ostali ravnodu\u0161ni prema ovoj tradicionalnoj poslastici.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Promotivna akcija <strong>Dani Esplanadinih \u0161trukli<\/strong> traje <strong>od 6. do 31. sije\u010dnja 2023<\/strong>. i odnosi se isklju\u010divo na konzumaciju <strong>dvije porcije zape\u010denih \u0161trukli<\/strong> u restoranu <strong>Le Bistro<\/strong> u promotivnom iznosu <strong>od 16 \u20ac <\/strong>(120,55 kn). Svaka porcija sadr\u017ei dva komada \u0161trukli. Redovna cijena jedne porcije iznosi 11,28 \u20ac (85 kn). Ana slijedi tradiciju kuhinje hotela Esplanade prate\u0107i pritom svjetske trendove u vrhunskoj gastronomiji. Njezini kreativni i ma\u0161toviti jelovnici posljednjih su godina zadivili <strong>brojne goste i poznate osobe<\/strong> iz svijeta estrade te \u010dlanove kraljevskih obitelji poput \u0161vedskoga kralja i kraljice, japanskoga princa i princeze, princa Saudijske Arabije, kraljevskoga para iz Danske te mnoge druge koji nisu ostali ravnodu\u0161ni prema Aninoj domi\u0161ljatosti u pripremi jela. Ana je primila niz priznanja za osobnost, izvrsnost i stil kuhanja. Presti\u017ene publikacije nominirale su je za \u017eenu godine i osobu godine, a njezin je ri\u017eoto 2013., 2016. i 2022. godine u poznatome vodi\u010du <em>Guida Gallo<\/em> uvr\u0161ten me\u0111u 101 najbolji ri\u017eoto u svijetu. Anin stil pripreme jela i njezina osobnost doveli su je do sudjelovanja u poznatoj kulinarskoj televizijskoj emisiji <em>Celebrity MasterChef<\/em> u ulozi \u010dlanice \u017eirija. Uz to, Ana ponosno nosi titulu ambasadorice projekta <em>Fish Forward<\/em> u Hrvatskoj u inicijativi WWF-a (Svjetska organizacija za za\u0161titu prirode) da bi vlastitim primjerom utjecala na svijest potro\u0161a\u010da o globalnim ekolo\u0161kim i socijalnim posljedicama potro\u0161nje proizvoda iz ribarstva. Ana je progla\u0161ena i velikim kuharom sutra\u0161njice po izboru vodi\u010da <em>Gault&amp;Millau<\/em> s posebnim naglaskom na po\u0161tovanje sezonalnosti i kvalitete namirnica te konzistentna i pa\u017eljivo dora\u0111ena jela.
