Jakova s marelicama i kavijarom, tunjevine s <em>tacosima<\/em>, ri\u017eota s butargom i limetom, trilje s palentom i \u0161afranom, bifteka sa \u0161parogama i niza odli\u010dnih deserata s notama meda, lavande i amalfijskog limuna.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kad temperature u Zagrebu porastu, a ritam grada uspori, terasa restorana Le Bistro zagreba\u010dkog hotela Esplanade postaje jedno od omiljenih mjesta na kojima se ljeto osje\u0107a u svakom kutku: od pogleda na gradsku vrevu, do svje\u017eine poslu\u017eene na tanjuru i mirisa kave u hladovini terase. <em>Chefica<\/em> kuhinje Ana Grgi\u0107 Tomi\u0107 upravo je za ljetnu sezonu osmislila <em>\u00e0 la carte<\/em> jelovnik koji spaja jednostavnu eleganciju, sezonske sastojke i puno ma\u0161te \u2013 savr\u0161en za sve koji \u017eele okusiti ljeto u svakom zalogaju.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Svje\u017ea i razigrana predjela koja otvaraju apetit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Marinirane srdele<\/strong> poslu\u017eene s ukiseljenim <em>agrettijem<\/em>, savurom od ljutike, gro\u017e\u0111ica i pinjola s hrskavom tapiokom osvojit \u0107e va\u0161a nepca. \u201e<em>Ovo jelo savr\u0161eno predo\u010dava na\u0161u filozofiju: malo sastojaka, a puno okusa<\/em>\u201d, <strong>nagla\u0161ava Ana<\/strong>. Za intenzivne morske okuse tu je <strong>tuna marinirana u sojinu umaku i sezamu<\/strong> sparena s kukuruznim <em>tacosima<\/em>, pikantnom marmeladom od raj\u010dice i \u010dilija, aiolijem od bosiljka i <em>gazpachom<\/em> od pe\u010dene paprike i komora\u010da. Prava mala eksplozija ljetnih okusa na tanjuru. Ako volite \u0161koljke, odu\u0161evit \u0107e vas tartar od \u0161koljki sv. Jakova s Oscietra kavijarom, tartarom od ukiseljenih marelica, engleskim celerom i aiolijem od bazge. Zanimljivo, slojevito i profinjeno. Ako preferirate <strong>vegetarijanska jela<\/strong>, svakako ku\u0161ajte <strong>pe\u010dene smokve s ru\u017emarinom i medom<\/strong>, s <em>mousseom<\/em> od kozje skute, pestom od dimljenih badema i uljem lista smokve \u2013 ovo je jelo prava senzacija na tanjuru. Zalogaji su to koji miri\u0161u na dalmatinske vrtove u najtoplijem dijelu ljeta. Riba je u ljetnim mjesecima nezaobilazna, stoga predla\u017eemo so\u010dnu i hrskavu <strong>pe\u010denu trilju s koricom od su\u0161ene raj\u010dice<\/strong>, <strong>bijelom palentom<\/strong> i slatko-pikantnom marmeladom od raj\u010dice i \u010dilija. Preporu\u010dujemo i <strong>po\u0161irani losos s marmeladom od rabarbare<\/strong>, kremom od <em>wasabija<\/em> i pjenom od korijandra. U pripremi ovog jela upotrebljavaju se svi dijelovi ribe i ono je pravi primjer toga koliko odr\u017eiva kuhinja mo\u017ee biti ukusna.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Svaki tanjur pri\u010da svoju pri\u010du<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201e<em>Ovaj je jelovnik posve\u0107en ljetu \u2013 lagan je, sezonski i pun okusa koji podsje\u0107aju na more i Mediteran. Svako jelo osmi\u0161ljeno je tako da gostima pru\u017ei trenutak u\u017eitka i razlog za ponovni dolazak. Ana je me\u0111u prvima u Hrvatskoj u suradnji s WWF-om u poslovanje hotela uvela <strong>program Food Waste<\/strong> i svojim je odr\u017eivim na\u010delima pripreme hrane restoranu Zinfandel&#8217;s donijela presti\u017enu <strong>zelenu Michelinovu zvjezdicu. <\/strong>Godine<strong> 2023. na dodjeli nagrada <\/strong><strong><em>European Hotel Awards<\/em><\/strong> u Barceloni <strong>Svjetska gastronomska organizacija<\/strong> Ani je uru\u010dila posebno priznanje <strong><em>\u00c9toile Blanche<\/em><\/strong>, a 2022. Ana je okrunjena titulom <strong><em>Chefa <\/em>godine po izboru vodi\u010da\u00a0<em>Gault&amp;Millau Hrvatska<\/em><\/strong><em>, <\/em>dok je 2016. primila nagradu za<em> <strong>Chefa <\/strong><\/em><strong>sutra\u0161njice<\/strong>. Njezinu gastronomsku virtuoznost i kreativnost prepoznalo je gurmansko udru\u017eenje <strong>Cha\u00eene des R\u00f4tisseurs<\/strong> koje je Ani dodijelilo presti\u017enu titulu\u00a0<strong><em>Chef R\u00f4tisseur<\/em><\/strong>.
