This summer, the Esplanade 1925 Lounge & Cocktail Bar is offering a variety of bubbly combinations paired with gourmet delights, cold-pressed juices perfect for summer refreshment, and snacks to cater to everyone’s tastes.
With the finest bubbles of pure pleasure, the Esplanade 1925 Bar is also introducing an enticing new selection of delicious light dishes crafted by Executive Chef Ana Grgić Tomić. Her interpretation of dishes, prepared with select ingredients and professional preparation techniques, promises a true gourmet experience this season – a temptation that few will be able to resist.
Herb focaccia with Pag Island cheese, small steak tartare with herb butter, smoked salmon and dill cream croissant, dried tomato and smoked shrimp croquette, beef burger with chilli fries, crispy porcini mushroom pie, dried tomato and smoked shrimp croquette with delicious sweet potato cream are just some of the dishes featured on the new summer menu.
