Easter Family Lunch at the Esplanade
Executive Chef Ana Grgić Tomić has prepared a sumptuous Easter menu that celebrates spring and Easter traditions. Bring your family to the luxurious atmosphere of Zinfandel’s Restaurant, where a true holiday feast awaits on Easter Sunday, 20 April.
Upon arrival, toast the occasion with a glass of chilled sparkling wine before indulging in delicacies accompanied by piano music. Delight in specialties such as local ham roasted in bread dough, smoked trout mousse, octopus terrine with roasted tomatoes and dried olives, smoked salmon, eggs stuffed with herb cream or delicious wild asparagus with roasted shrimps.
Find refreshment in a creamy asparagus soup with divinely delicate gnudi, pine nuts and ricotta or opt for a beef consommé with homemade noodles. No holiday meal at the Esplanade would be complete without Esplanade’s štrukli, oven-crisped for the perfect flavour. The Easter buffet offers a diverse selection of dishes: veal shoulder with roasted potatoes, leg of lamb with polenta and herbs, roasted duck stuffed with apples and oranges with oven-crisped mlinci flatbread, delicious beef steak with black garlic crust served with roasted potatoes and rosemary sauce. Seafood lovers may opt for a sea bass fillet with collard greens and fresh fennel, and poached salmon in kale leaf with a creamy citrus sauce and roasted broccolini.
But the real treat comes last: you simply must try something from Esplanade’s selection of irresistible desserts! Homemade pinza with candied fruit, traditional poppy seed and walnut roll with vanilla sauce, refreshing cheese and strawberry cake with a dash of mint, chocolate cake with candied orange, carrot and almond cake with fresh ricotta cheese, poppy seed cake with plums and marzipan, desserts served in cups, and the unmissable chocolate eggs stuffed with raspberry cream are just some of the sweet delights that will win you over.
Meanwhile, children can look forward to a cheerful Easter playroom with creative workshops, egg decorating and an Easter egg hunt.

The price of the Easter lunch, including a glass of sparkling wine, entertainment for children and a piano performance is €165 per person, while the children’s menu is €85 per child.

Additionally, the package includes access to the Health Club, with complimentary use of the fitness area and sauna. The package price is 420 €.
