Indulge in signature Easter specialities by famous Executive Chef Ana Grgić Tomić – local ham roasted in crispy bread dough, Esplanade’s signature oven-crisped štrukli, fine creamy spring asparagus soup, shortcrust pastry tarts with prawns, sea bass fillet with creamy Swiss chard, roasted duck in orange and honey marinade, lamb shank with roasted polenta, beef cheeks, traditional steak tartare hand-chopped and prepared by your table, and veal Wellington are just some of the delicious dishes that await you on the Easter menu.

A selection of divine Easter desserts created by the Esplanade’s experienced pâtissiers is a gourmet experience that is not to be missed. Enjoy the irresistible delicacies of the dessert table, including the noteworthy shortcrust pastry cheese tarts with wild berries, delicious cake with almonds, and the fantastic chocolate cake with poppy seeds, while for a true Easter experience, ensure you do not miss the traditional Esplanade pinza with dried fruit and citrus fruits, as well as the shortcrust pastry poppy seed roll and walnut roll, and tempting chocolate eggs.

Easter brunch is served on Easter Sunday, 31 March 2024, from 12:30 to 16:00 at Zinfandel’s restaurant. Number of guests is limited, which is why we recommended booking a table in advance. The price for the Easter lunch with a glass of sparkling wine, entertainment for children, and a piano performance is EUR 145 per person, while the children’s menu is EUR 85 per child.
